Who we are
Road Master Driving License Services Ltd provides driving instruction and course services in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Contact support@myroadmaster.ca or +1 902-448-8288 with privacy questions.
Information collected
Enquiries and lesson requests may include your name, email, telephone number, pickup address, optional licence information, appointment preferences and notes. Staff accounts and appointment records support scheduling and service administration. Do not submit payment-card information or unnecessary sensitive information in notes.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, arrange lessons, manage appointments, send service messages and maintain necessary operational records. Service communications are separate from optional marketing. Contact us about access, corrections or consent preferences.
Service providers and external websites
The website uses hosting, email delivery and Cloudflare Turnstile for security checks. External reviews or social content may use third-party services when enabled. Third parties may process information under their own privacy terms and in other jurisdictions. Government road-test booking opens a separate Nova Scotia website; Road Master does not operate that service.
Cookies and security
WordPress uses cookies for staff login and session functions. Security controls include restricted staff access and secure booking-management links. Keep your management link private. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and requests
Records are retained for service administration and applicable recordkeeping obligations. The booking system supports scheduled anonymization, but actual deletion depends on the configured retention period and scheduler. Contact us for the retention period applicable to your record, to request access or correction, or to raise a concern. Some records may need to be retained where required by law.
