Services and appointment requests
Road Master provides driving lessons, driver education and test-day vehicle arrangements. Submitting a request does not by itself confirm an appointment. Staff confirm availability, timing, service inclusions and any requirements. Times are Halifax local time.
Prices and payment
Published service prices include tax. This website does not collect online payments. Confirm the amount, payment method and due date with Road Master before your service. Driver Education has separate pay-in-full and instalment totals as shown on its course page.
Service conditions
Pickup arrangements depend on the selected service. Private-lesson pickup is within HRM except Downtown Halifax. Vehicle for Test pickup is available when a one-on-one session is booked; no drop-off is provided after the test. Online courses do not include an in-car pickup service.
Licensing and course outcomes
Students must hold the licence required for the service and follow instructor safety directions. Completion does not guarantee a road-test pass, an insurance discount, point recovery or an immediate unrestricted licence. Access Nova Scotia and other relevant authorities determine eligibility and licence progression. Confirm course recognition, certificate requirements and validity before enrolment.
Government road tests
A government road-test appointment is separate from a Road Master lesson or vehicle reservation. Book and manage the official test through Nova Scotia’s service. Confirm your government appointment and vehicle arrangements separately.
Changes, cancellations and safety
See the Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy. Weather, road conditions, vehicle availability or safety concerns may require staff to contact you about a change. Confirm any refund or cancellation terms before payment; contact the school to confirm the cancellation and refund terms applicable to your purchase.
